The Ministry and Leadership College is a vital approach to development and training the minds of men and women for the purpose of effective ministry in the 21st century.
The word of God says that he that winneth souls must be wise (Proverbs 11:30b). Therefore, the College seeks to expand the perception, wisdom and the strategies for reaching those who live within an emerging culture.
As such, the College seeks to develop pastors and leaders who will become transformational leaders within the church, the community and the world.
